The
Design & Health World Congress & Exhibition is the leading
global forum promoting a continuous dialogue between researchers and
practitioners in the advancement of knowledge concerning the
relationship between design and human health, wellbeing and quality of
life.
The 11th World Congress was held in Hong Kong from 15-19 July, 2015
and organised with
the support of Architectural Services Department, Housing Department
and Department of Health of the Government of Hong Kong Special
Administrative Region, and Hospital Authority. Supported by leading
academic institutions and healthcare industries worldwide, with
participation of ministries of health from South Africa and Vietnam. Click on the title to

Design & Health China 2014 is an international symposium and exhibition dedicated to exploring global salutogenic perspectives on enhancing health, wellbeing and quality of life by design.
The inaugural Design & Health China 2014 event was held from 30-31st October at the Marco Polo Parkside Hotel in Beijing, China and explored global perspectives on the planning, procurement and design of healthy environments and communities across the China. The Design & Health World Congress & Exhibition is the leading global forum promoting a continuous dialogue between researchers and practitioners in the advancement of knowledge concerning the relationship between design and human health, wellbeing and quality of life.
The 10th World Congress was held in Toronto, Canada from 9-13 July, 2014 and organised in partnership with the Ministry for Research and Innovation, the University of Toronto, the Canadian Urban Institute, other leading universities and private industry. The Design & Health Middle East 2013 is an international symposium and exhibition dedicated to ecploring global salutogenic perspectives on enhancing health, wellbeing and quality of life by design.
The inaugural Design & Health Middle East International Symposium was held from 13-14th March at the Hilton Hotel in Doha, Qatar and explored global perspectives on the planning, procurement and design of healthy environments and communities across the Middle East. Design & Health Asia Pacific 2013 is an international symposium and exhibition dedicated to exploring global perspectives on enhancing health, wellbeing and quality of life by design.
The inaugural Design & Health Asia Pacific International Symposium was held from 14-15th March at the double Academy award-winning Khoo Teck Puat Hospital in Singapore and explored global perspectives on the planning, procurement and design of healthy environments and communities across the Asia Pacific. The 2rd Design & Health International Symposium 2012 was held from 20-21 September at the Biomedicum Helsinki Meilahti Campus, Helsinki University Hospital, Finland and explored global perspectives on the planning, procurement and design of healthy environments and communities across Europe. Design & Health Australasia 2012 is an international symposium and exhibition dedicated to exploring global perspectives on enhancing health, wellbeing and quality of life by design.

Design & Health Africa 2011 is an international symposium dedicated to exploring design opportunities to improve global health through recognition of our international interdependence and the need for a new paradigm of co-development.
The inaugural Design & Health Africa International Symposium 2011 was held from 25-26 March at the Cape Town International Convention Centre and explored the creation of a new vision for health in Africa that applies global ‘salutogenic’ perspectives on the design of healthy environments.
